About the job

We are looking for our client, a Leading Pharmaceutical Company, to hire a S4HANA Logistics Consultant.

As a S4HANA Logistics Consultant you will be supporting our team to manage all SAP related activities within your area of expertise as part of our SAP Competence Center.


What you would do & responsibilities
  • Requirements validation with business and IT
  • Functional specifications, create or review solution concept & designs and technical specifications
  • System Integration Tests, country tests, User Acceptance Tests and other test cycles
  • Issue handling / ticket resolution (including debugging)
  • Regular user support
  • Responsible for the Change Requests that come up from business or during Projects
  • Preparation of decision papers for technical recommendations
  • Guidance & coaching of other, less experienced colleagues for knowledge transfer
  • Support of SAP Program Management upon evaluation, prioritization of Procurement topics / requirements
  • Development of documentation for SAP solutions and SOP’s


  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go-Live of implementation projects
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops, meetings with internal and external Customers or Partners
  • Demonstrate the ability to transfer Customer processes into S/4 Digital Supply Chain Processes
  • Act as a trusted adviser to the Internal Business Team on functional topics
  • Manage internal customer expectations and avoid any escalations
  • At least 3 years of SAP Logistics experience as an implementation or support consultant
  • Working experience as a SAP Business User / Key User in the Logistics departments focused on Sales, Distribution, Procurement, Inventory
  • Implementation experience in at least one of the following S/4HANA areas: Sales (SD), Manufacturing (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Procurement (MM), Warehouse Management (EWM) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • University degree – Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics, Economics
  • Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management business processes
  • Well-developed Customer focus
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services.
  • SAP Solution Certification is a plus
  • Business English (mandatory)
